Preventive Medicine Center

is a sanitary and preventive health care institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and is a part of the State Institution "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Poltava region".
The main task of the Center is to carry out state sanitary and epidemiological supervision of controlled institutions, establishments and enterprises belonging to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial police units, military units of the National Guard of Ukraine, higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and health care institutions. sanitary and epidemiological well-being of persons who, in accordance with the law, have the right to medical care in health care facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Center for Preventive Medicine provides a wide range of paid services:

- laboratory tests of water on bacteriological and sanitary-chemical indicators;
- laboratory tests of food products on bacteriological indicators;
- laboratory research of food rations on organoleptic, sanitary-chemical indicators and on energy value;
- laboratory studies of hygienic washes from the environment;
- laboratory examinations of employees (decreed group) for carriers of intestinal pathogens and Staphylococcus aureus;
- laboratory tests of disinfectants;
- laboratory tests of vegetables for nitrates;
- laboratory tests of flour and cereals for the presence of pests
