About Institution

The State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by Poltava region" is an independent state multiprofile healthcare institution that brings together medical and preventive and other institutions that are based on the license medical support of persons who, in accordance with the legislation have the right to medical care in the health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The institution has a license of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for medical practice from 10.12.2015 (Decision No. 837) and accredited to the first category 10.07.2018 (Decision No. 1287).

The institution includes:

• Hospital (with a clinic): a polyclinic department for 250 visits for a change and a hospital for 60 beds;
• Center for Preventive Medicine;
• Center for psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection;
• Medical (military-medical) commission.
